TRICARE Registration
If you’re coming from a base in a region other than WEST, you’re required to transfer enrollment for you and your family members in TRICARE Prime to this region (WEST) and select a Primary Care Manager upon arrival to Offutt.  If you are coming from a base located in this region (WEST), you’re required to request a Primary Care Manager change.  TRICARE Prime coverage won’t automatically transfer from one location to another for you or your family members.  You must be proactive regarding your family’s healthcare benefits.

To enroll your family members, visit www.tricareonline.com. If your family members aren’t already enrolled in TRICARE Prime, appointments for your family members will be on a space-available basis at Ehrling Bergquist Clinic.
