KidSpeak: Peter Sarpy

Categories: Bellevue Leader, KidSpeak

The Bellevue Leader asked fourth-graders at Peter Sarpy Elementary, “What movie do you wish was real and why?” Here is a sample of their answers.

“The Grinch Who Stole Christmas” because he turns out being nice. I love that he had a big hug. And everyone needs a big heart at Christmas.

Maggie Hough

“Sponge Bob” because I love to make people annoyed.

Paige Nietfield

“Rapunzel” because it would be amazing to have long hair like hers and to have a prince to climb your hair.

Kathryn Haas

I wish “Bedtime Stories” was real because I would like to be a part of the bedtime stories that come true.

Koral Myers

I wish “G.I. Joe” was real because I like action movies and just plain action. I have always liked action, but if that movie came alive it would rock my world.

Nathan Kmptek

I wish the movie “Flicka” was real because I like to go on adventures.

Avery Haselden

“Kung Fu Panda” because I want to see a fat panda fight a leopard.

Kianna Hawkins

“Harry Potter” because it would be fun to cast spells!

John Wright

I wish the movie “The Bridge to Terabithia’’ was real so I could go out into the woods, build my own treehouse, and find a secret entrance to enter.
