The Bellevue Leader asked third graders at Fort Crook Elementary School, “If you could invent a new cookie, what would it be?” Here are a few of their answers:

If I could invent a cookie, it would be the covered cookie. It would be filled with chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. It would be covered with chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry icing.

If I could invent a new cookie it would be flavored cheese! There would be cheese and chocolate.

I would invent a cookie that had every food on it. It would have nachos, chicken, corn, candy and even little cookies on it.

If I could invent a new cookie it would be a double stuffed M&M basketball set. It would also be layered in chocolate vanilla swirl frosting. The cookie would be really good, not just plain good, but outstandingly GOOD!!!!!

If I invented a cookie it would be called the chocolate monster. It would have chocolate chips, large marshmallows, double chocolate fudge, chocolate M&Ms, whipped cream on top and sprinkles on top of the whipped cream.

I would invent a cookie ball. It would technically be a sphere that has a creamy chocolate filling. The chocolate chips would be inside the cookie with a fresh strawberry jelly center! Fact: My Aunt Jeany actually created it four years ago!

For my cookie I will make a sky blue cookie. You will need flour, sprinkles, blue frosting, three eggs, M&Ms, and be able to draw a picture of the sky. You need to put the sprinkles, M&Ms and the frosting inside the cookie and the picture on top of the cookie. It also has to be made with love.

I would make a doughnut flavored cookie or the DFC, for short. It would be soft and squishy. Then I would sell them so I could get rich. Then I would be famous! I would also buy a mansion as big as a skyscraper!

I would have a cookie named jellybean cookie. It will have jellybeans, cinnamon, peanut butter, peanuts and chocolate in it. It will be soft and squishy. Plus, it will have the U.S.A. flag on the front and back.
